Cancellations must be requested by phone. Refunds require all of the following conditions to be met:
Refunds may take 60–90 days. You will receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking number; however, this does not guarantee a refund. Supplier decisions are final. Approved refunds include a non-refundable post-ticketing fee per passenger, per ticket. If denied, the post-ticketing fee will be refunded, but booking fees will not.
By opting for automatic web check-in, you authorize us to accept airline terms and conditions on your behalf during the check-in process.
Seat assignments, meal preferences, frequent flyer requests, and other special requests are not guaranteed. Service fees and paid seat charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Passengers should confirm requests directly with the airline prior to departure.
Checked baggage fees vary by airline, size, weight, and number of bags. Certain airlines do not refund baggage fees or our service fee. Passengers should verify baggage policies directly with the airline.
Airlines may charge additional fees at the airport for optional services or exceeding baggage limits. Some airlines offer no complimentary baggage allowance. Please contact the airline directly for details.
Certain countries or airports charge entry or exit fees that are not included in the ticket price or displayed taxes. These fees are the passenger’s responsibility.
Round-trip, one-way, and multi-city itineraries are subject to airline-specific rules. Multi-city bookings may involve different terms depending on the airline.
Upgrade benefits may include seat selection, carry-on baggage, and general boarding privileges, subject to airline rules and availability.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a cash deposit or credit/debit card in their own name at check-in, as required by the hotel. Debit cards may not be accepted. Deposits are separate from payments made to us.
Hotels may not guarantee accommodation for more than two adults per room. Additional guests may incur extra charges payable directly to the hotel.
Guests must notify the hotel directly if arriving late or unable to check in on the first night. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund, per hotel policy.
Hotel cancellation policies vary. Some bookings are non-refundable, others incur penalties, and some allow refunds. Review policies before booking. Changes to pre-paid reservations may require a new booking, and refunds are not guaranteed.
Guests requiring accessibility accommodations should contact the hotel directly prior to booking to confirm availability.
Room type, bed preferences, and other special requests are not guaranteed and depend on hotel availability. Guests must confirm directly with the hotel.
Guests must be at least 18 years old or meet the hotel’s local age requirement. Hotels may require valid identification and payment at check-in.
Room prices and rate details should be reviewed before booking. Pricing errors may result in cancellation even if confirmed or charged. Resort fees and mandatory charges are payable at check-in and are not included in our pricing.
Rental agreements are entered directly with the rental company at pick-up. We are not a party to that contract. Minimum age requirements apply, and young driver or additional driver fees may be charged. A valid driver’s license and credit card in the renter’s name are required. Specific vehicle models are not guaranteed.
Cruise prices are per person in GBP based on double occupancy and exclude government fees, taxes, and airfare unless stated. Processing fees are non-refundable. Cruise lines may apply fuel surcharges prior to departure.
Passenger names must exactly match valid travel documents. Changes may incur additional fees from Tripzseeker or the cruise line.
Cruise baggage policies vary by operator. Passengers should review baggage limits directly with the cruise line prior to booking.
For infant travel, special meals, or medical needs, passengers should contact our Cruise Experts before booking to coordinate with the cruise provider.
Refunds apply only to eligible cruise deposits paid in full by the deadline, excluding processing fees. Some cruises are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes must be handled through Tripzseeker and may incur additional supplier and service fees.
